We ship orders exclusively within the United States, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Pacific Time (PT) begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm PT on Friday will process the following week. Please plan your order accordingly.

Processing and Delivery
- Processing Time: 1 business day for listed shipping methods (Saturday and Sunday are not business days).

- Non-Refundable: Shipping costs for original purchases are non-refundable.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship:
- Outside the USA
- To Fetch or Freight Forwarders
- To hotels, motels, resorts, or schools
- To unverified addresses
Orders to these locations will be canceled and refunded.

- Address Verification: An automated system verifies addresses. If an address cannot be confirmed, we’ll contact you via email or phone. Unresolved address issues may delay your shipment.
- Order Modifications: Shipping address or method cannot be changed once an order is placed.
